What is your delivery charge?
We charge one flat rate of £4.50 per order for delivery to all UK addresses including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, regardless of the number of items ordered. Please refer to our detailed delivery charges for further details - Delivery Charges
Where do you deliver to?
Plant Pots Direct delivers to all UK addresses including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Southern Ireland. We can also deliver to other countries outside our regular delivery zones, we recommend you contact us via email to obtain a quotation.
Does Plant Pots Direct have a minimum order size?
We have no minimum order size, every order with Plant Pots Direct will have a standard £4.50 deliver charge for UK mainland addresses, please refer to our detailed delivery charges for further details - Delivery Charges
Who delivers your goods?
For our smaller products we use Royal Mail. For all other products we use UK Mail.
Can I track my order online?
When we have processed your order we will send you a dispatch notification to confirm that your order is ready to be dispatched, the email will also tell you who will be delivering you parcel. If your item is to be delivered by Royal Mail, unfortunately there is no tracking with this service. If your item is to be delivered by UK Mail, simply follow the link (www.ukmail.com) and enter the tracking number that will be supplied in the dispatch notification email.
How long does it take for our orders to be delivered?
We usually operate on a 48 hour turn-a-round for all orders, so once you have placed your order we aim to get your order in the post within 48 hours. If we are unable to meet this deadline we will contact you to advise an expected dispatch date. Once the order has been dispatched, delivery is 1-5 working days depending on the Postal/Courier systems.
Can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected in person, if you would like to do this simply select this option when placing your order and contact us to arrange a convenient time to collect your items. If you would like to pay for your items on collection simply contact us to confirm we have the items in stock and to arrange a convenient time.
My order hasn't been delivered?
The first question is has the delivery period been beyond the recommended delivery time (1-3 working days or 3-5 working days) if not please wait until beyond these periods before reporting a problem.
If your item was due to be delivered by Royal Mail (See your dispatch notification email) please contact us to report the problem (only if the recommend delivery time has expired).
If your item was due to be delivered by UK Mail (See your dispatch notification email) please check the UK mail website (www.ukmail.com) to track your item, if there are any further problems please contact us to report the problem (only if the recommend delivery time has expired).
My order has been delivered, but some items are incorrect?
Please contact us to report the problem at the earliest opportunity, quoting your name, order number and what is missing/incorrect in your order.
