What is your delivery charge?

We charge one flat rate of £4.50 per order for delivery to all UK addresses including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Where do you deliver to?

Plant Pots Direct delivers to all UK addresses including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately we do not deliver overseas due to the excessive deliver costs.

Does Plant Pots Direct have a minimum Order size?

We have no minimum order size, every order with Plant Pots Direct will have a standard £4.50 deliver charge, Delivered to anywhere in the UK.

Who delivers your goods?

For our smaller products we use Royal Mail Standard Parcels. For all other products we use UKmail.

How long does it take for our orders to be delivered?

We usually operate on a 48hour turn-a-round for all orders, so once you have placed your order we aim to get your order in the post within 48 hours. If we are unable to meet this deadline we will contact you to advise an expected dispatch date. Once the order has been dispatched, delivery is 1-3 days depending on the Postal/Courier systems.

Can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected in person, if you would like to do this simply select this option when placing your order.

How do I pay for my order?

As part of the shopping cart facility on the website you can pay for your order as part of the process. After entering your order and your shipping details, you will be prompted for how you would like to pay for your order. Simply select the option which suits you and enter your details.

Who processes your card payments?

If you would like to pay for your order by debit or credit card, you have 2 options (Sagepay or Paypal) both options take all major cards and are process immediately.

I want to pay by Paypal do I have to have a Paypal account?

No, Paypal will give you the option to enter your card details without have to have a Paypal account.

Can I pay for my order by Cheque?

Yes, simply select this option when making your order. Full details of Payee and address will be given when selecting this option.

Where are your products manufactured?

The products we sell are manufacture in the United Kingdom and Holland.

I can’t see a product that I’m looking for; can you get hold of it for me?

We are trying hard to cover all planting products, obviously we can’t stock every gardening item on the market. Simply contact us with the details of the product you are looking for and we will investigate the chances of supplying that product.
