What is your delivery charge?

We charge one flat rate of £4.00 per order for delivery to all UK addresses including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Where do you deliver to?

Plant Pots Direct delivers to all UK addresses including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately we do not deliver overseas due to the excessive deliver costs.

Does Plant Pots Direct have a minimum Order size?

We have no minimum order size, every order with Plant Pots Direct will have a standard £4.00 deliver charge, Delivered to anywhere in the UK.

Who delivers your goods?

For our smaller products we use Royal Mail Standard Parcels. For all other products we use UPS (United Parcel Service).

How long does it take for our orders to be delivered?

We usually operate on a 48hour turn-a-round for all orders, so once you have placed your order we aim to get your order in the post within 48 hours. If we are unable to meet this deadline we will contact you to advise an expected dispatch date. Once the order has been dispatched, delivery is 1-3 days depending on the Postal/Courier systems.

Can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected in person, if you would like to do this simply select this option when placing your order.
